Dr. Christoph Robertson
Founder & Lead Instructor — Wolfs Den Self Defense Academy
U.S. Marine Corps Veteran | Martial Arts Instructor | Doctor of Business Administration
Dr. Christoph Robertson is a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran who believes that everyone has the ability to improve; to become stronger, sharper, and better than they were yesterday.
In 2023, Dr. Robertson earned his Doctorate from Trident University International, continuing his lifelong pursuit of discipline, leadership, and education. His martial arts journey began under Go Dan (5th Degree Black Belt) Ronald Parker, where he achieved his 6th Kyu Green Belt in Isshinryu Karate and continues to train under his mentorship today.
Dr. Robertson also holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in the United States Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP), where he personally trained and mentored over 500 military service members in hand-to-hand combat and combat readiness. Building upon that foundation, he later served as an instructor for Champions in Motion, teaching students ages 4–16 and earning his 1st Dan Black Belt in American Karate.
Over the years, Dr. Robertson has studied and integrated multiple disciplines — including boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, stick and knife fighting, and combat survival tactics — creating a well-rounded and realistic approach to modern self-defense.
In 2019, Dr. Robertson founded Wolfs Den Self Defense Academy with a mission to help others develop confidence, composure, and the practical skills needed to protect themselves and their loved ones. His vision — rooted in Marine Corps discipline and a passion for teaching — has transformed Wolfs Den from a small training concept into a thriving community dedicated to empowerment, growth, and survival readiness.
“Discipline. Awareness. Survival. This is the way of the Den.” — Dr. Christoph Robertson
